These are some of the most Frequently Asked Questions for the guild. They will be updated as necessary.

What is the Guild Free Shop?
The shop is only open on Saturdays. Once you have been a member of the guild for 14 days, you may have use of the FREE SHOP. Simply use the quick link on the guild front and pick an item from the shop. Neomail the shop owner on Saturdays ONLY, to request your item. The shop owner will send that item to you FREE! The items are given on a first come basis and PLEASE make room in your inventory BEFORE requesting an item. If your inventory is full, you may not receive the item. The Free Shop is designed as a thank you to active members so if you have not been active in the guild for 2 weeks prior to the current Saturday, you will not be able to take advantage of the Free Shop that week.

*Update* The FREE Shop is not currently open because the owner is unable to take care of the shop for now. When the shop is back up again an update will be posted here.

Why hasn't my rank increased?
We increase ranks by activity. The ranks really serve no purpose but if you want your rank to increase, post on the message board, help another member, join in weekly and/or instant guild games....just have fun and your rank will be increased in no time!! Ranks are increased at the beginning of each month and sporatically throughout the month.
We also decrease ranks as well as increasing them. If we do not see you for a month or so, your rank can be lowered. Make sure to check in periodically so as to keep and even raise your rank.
I cannot possibly print a members list every day.  Therefore, if you leave the guild for any reason, then decide to rejoin, your rank will begin as if you're a new member.

How do I host an instant game? We allow all of our members to host instant games on the message board. There are only a few rules to follow:
1. Do not host an instant game while another one is in progress.
2. Please do not offer junk items as a prize. At least make your prize worth 1000 NP or so.
3. Please do NOT host games where members are asked to guess what you are thinking, etc. The answer must be a practical, provable answer. For example, plz do not as to guess the number of NP you have, etc. Guessing games as such cannot be used as an instant game. The answer must be findable and provable. Also, you MUST announce the prize you are giving either when you post the game or when the winner is announced.
4. When hosting an instant game please title it appropriately instead of simply replying to the message before it.

How do I host a weekly game?
We ask that all of our weekly game hosts be financially stable so as to be able to support the game. We certainly do not want to put anyone into financial stress.
The prizes may be of your choice but the total value should at least be worth 7500 NP. The idea of weekly games is to give our active members a chance at greater riches.
You may post any game idea on the message board for feedback but in order to present it to council, please neomail any council member with the following info:
* Game name and how it will be run
* Approx. value of prizes
* Current NP owned

We will never accept a game that requires a member to spend NP. All games must be FREE!

Where is my newbie pack?
I'm so sorry but our guild does not feel the need to offer newbie packs. We host FREE daily and weekly activities and the value of those far surpasses the value of any newbie pack. Just have fun and be active in the guild and you will certainly win more than your fair share.

What are the guild rules?
We try not to focus on rules so much as fun. We do have a council in place to make decisions but for the most part, we're all just looking for fun. All we ask is that you don't "spam" the message board with unnecessary or one-lined messages (post all questions at once), obey all Neopets rules, and be kind to one another. Also, there are children amongst us so please use appropriate language. The number of messages posted means little in our guild. It's the quality of post...not the quantity. Council has the right to delete any "unfit" messages. Also, if you're having a conversation with someone about things the other members cannot join in on, please use neomail.
Please only join our guild with one account. We go to great lengths to keep our membership up-to-date and free of disabled and inactive accounts. It is very difficult to keep up with multiple accounts in the guild. Therefore, we ask that you only join with one account. Thanks!

Why was I deleted from the guild?
We go to great lengths to keep our membership up to date. Therefore, if you do not participate in the guild for a period of 4 months, you will be removed.
If you have posted 0 messages and have joined in no games after 2 months, you will be removed.
Also, if you do not sign into your Neopets account for 90+ days, you will be removed from the guild.
If you know you'll be away for that length of time and do not want to be deleted, just let us know and we'll keep you on.
If you are deleted, feel free to rejoin when you can be an active member.
We do not tolerate rude behavior in our guild and sczoomommy reserves the right to remove any member for rudeness. This is for everyone's benefit.

Whats a one-liner?
A one-liner is a really short message. Common Knowledge, a message with only one line ((sentence)). Us in Neo Junkies just go crazy when we see one-liners everywhere. It aggrivates members alot when they try to read back messages and all they see is one-liners. To be safe, make sure all your posts are at least 3 sentences long. The only way you can get away with a one-liner is if your doing one of the following:
1) Responding to an activity
2) Asking a Question
3) Replying to a question
4) Saying Thank You
And thats about it when it comes to getting away with it. Unless you're new in the guild and don't know about us too much.
