If you have been a guild member for 3+ days and have posted at least 3 messages, neomail whistlestopcafe,
the shop owner, on Mondays to request the item of your choice from the shop. It will be sent to you FREE!!
The items are first come, first served.
You must have room in your inventory or you will not receive the item.
